"Technopolis for All Ages" at Daejeon Global Innovation Forum

A special session on "Technopolis for All Ages" was organized by Prof. Choi at the Global Innovation Forum with the partnership of Daejeon Metropolitan City--leading the World Technopolis Association, and UNESCO on Wednesday, September 13.  To see the details, visit at GIF Program.

A livable city for all ages considering the human lifecycle is the main theme of the Thematic Special Session A. At the Session, we are going to share cases and discuss on strategies of the urban planning and health and welfare services in consideration of the features of Technopolises. The session is going to provide introduction to the cases and discussion on the model of Global Network of Age-friendly Cities initiated by the World Health Organization(WHO), the living lab project “Walk-friendly City Seoul”, and social innovation in Silicon Valley.
